MODIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT

<br />as follows:

<br />as Document No. 8i -0004 in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Ha County, Nebraska, in consideration of the
<br />Mortgagee's certain Promissory Note for $ ;.0,000.00 , which is a
<br />valid subsisting obligation of the Mortgagor and that payment of the
<br />remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon will be duce
<br />according to the terms of the aforementioned first Real Estate Mort-
