Augustin, Deceased, <br />Grantor, hereby convey, release and assign all right, title and <br />interest which exists in the Grantor to Mellie Estella Augustin, <br />a/k/a Estella M. Augustin, Grantee, the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 576-2011: <br />Lot Four (4) and Five (5), and the East Half of the South- <br />west Quarter (EkSWhl of Section Twenty -two (22) , Township <br />Ten (101 North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., ex- <br />ceptinq therefrom that part thereof conveyed to the State of <br />Nebraska by deed recorded in Book 11, Page 524 of the deed <br />records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />and the Contract for Tnstallment Sale of the above-described real <br />estate, which Contract was entered into March 1, 1960, between <br />Robert D. Augustin and Bettie M. Augustin, husband and wife, and <br />Erwin G. Augustin and Mellie Estella Augustin, husband and wife, <br />Sellers, and David P. Niemoth and Judith X. Niemoth, husband and <br />wife, Ruyers, pursuant to paragraph 25 (a) of said Contract and <br />Neb. Rev.
