MMIFICATION AND EXTENSION AGREEMENT $5-- 002261 <br />N. RICHARD HADENFELDT, JANICE E. HADENFELUr, KEVIN L. PRIOR, JANIS M. PRIOR, <br />and H -P EPIHRPRISES, A NEBRASKA PARTNERSIIP, whether one or more, herein called the <br />Mortgagor, and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows: <br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate mortgage <br />dated May 1, 1981, and recorded on May 7, 1981, as Document No. 81- 002342 in the <br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in the name of BRADY AND <br />ASSOCIATES, INC., and assumed by N. RICHARD HADENF=, JANICE E. HADENFE DI', <br />KEVIN L. PRIM, JANIS M. PRIOR, and H -P ENTERPRISES, A NEBRASKA PARINER HIP, in <br />consideration of a certain mortgage note for $40,000.00, a valid subsisting obli- <br />gation of the Mortgagor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued <br />interest thereon shall be due according to the terms of the aforementioned real <br />estate mortgage, modified and payable in the following manner: <br />A mortgage mote dated May 1, 1981, in the name of BRADY AND ASSOCIATES, <br />INC. and ass-=ed by N. RICHARD HADFNFFId7f W. .TANTCE F. HADE.NIFEUYr, <br />KEVIN L. PRIOR, JANIS M. PRIOR, and H -P EWERIDR.ISES, A NEBRASKA <br />PARIINEIIP, on which a principal balance of $36,662.73 remains unpaid, <br />will be repaid with monthly payments of $540.71, applied first to <br />interest and then to principal, beginning June 1, 1985, until <br />May 1, 1987, at which time the entire unpaid principal balance and <br />accrued interest is due and payable in full. The interest rate is <br />13.75m effective May 1, 1985. <br />2 All other terms and conditions contained in the original real estate <br />mortgage dated May 1, 1981, shall remain the same, and this Modificaiton Agreement <br />is made a part of the original real estate mortgage by reference and shall inure <br />to all successors and assigns and their heirs. <br />Dated this '?6th day of April, 1.985. <br />N.
