<br />THIS DEED is made by JO MELGOZA, Personal Representative
<br />of the estate of Fred S. Schamp, deceased, Grantor, to TONI L.
<br />YOUNG, CHARLOTTE M. PERKINS and JO MELGOZA, Grantees.
<br />WHEREAS the Last Will and Testament of Fred S. Schamp,
<br />deceased, was duly admitted to probate in the County Court of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative
<br />of said estate and is now qualified and acting in said capacity; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Grantees are determined to be the persons en-
<br />titled to distribution of the hereinafter described real property,
<br />and Grantor is authorized to distribute the same to Grantees,
<br />WOW, THEREFORE, Grantor conveys, assigns, transfers and
<br />releases to Grantees, the following described real property:
<br />All of Lot Seven (7), and a part of Lot Eleven
<br />(11), in Stehr's Subdivision located upon a part
<br />of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W SW;)
<br />of Section Eleven (11) in Township Eleven (11),
<br />_Borth, Range Nine (9) , West of the 6th P. M.,
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the 'Northeasterly line
<br />of said Lot, such point being 167.0 feet South-
<br />easterly from the Northeast corner of said Lot,
<br />running thence Southwesterly, 196.8 feet to a
<br />point on the Southwesterly line of said lot, such
<br />Fx)int being 77.0 feat Northwesterly from the
<br />Southwest: corner of said Lot; running thence
<br />Southeasterly 77.0 feet, to the Southwest corner
<br />of saia l.ot; runninq thence, East along the South
<br />line of said Lot, 231.0 feet, to the Southeasterly
