r <br />X <br />85- 002248 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />ESTHER BOZELL, a single person, herein called the Grantor, <br />for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND N01100 DOLLARS <br />($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from Grantee, <br />does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto ESTHER F. <br />BOZELL, Trustee, herein called the Grantee, the following - <br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Five (5), in Block Two (2), in Park Place <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above - described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and <br />assigns forever.
