Baker, being first duly sworn, deposes and states <br />those facts of which she has personal knowledge as set forth <br />hereinbelow: <br />1. That on February 18, 1975, affiant was employed as a <br />sales associate with Baker Realty of Grand Tsland, Nebraska. <br />2. That affiant, in her capacity as sales associate with <br />Baker Realty, was personally familiar with a certain sales <br />transaction between William M. Zuehlke and Betty A. Zuehlke, <br />husband and wife, as Grantors, and Shiron K. Cordes, an <br />unremarried widow, as Grantee, in connection with the following - <br />described real estate, to -wit: <br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Eight (8) in <br />Schirmer's Addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. That affiant states that the parties to the afore - <br />referenced transaction intended to convey fee simple title to the <br />subject real estate only to Shiron K. Cordes and to no other <br />grantee. <br />4. That affiant states the use of the Survivorship <br />Warranty Deed to convey title to the subject real estate to <br />Shiron K. Cordes was due to an oversight and a scrivener's error. <br />Affiant further saith not. <br />-- <br />Sharon L.
