<br />I ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That, Commercial National Bank and Trust Company ( "Assignor ")
<br />for good and valuable consideration to it and paid by the Omaha
<br />National Bank ( "Assignee "), the receipt of which consideration
<br />is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer, and set
<br />over unto Assignee all its right, title and interest in and to
<br />that certain mortgage executed by Melvin Ruge and Eleanor Ruge,
<br />husband and wife, unto Commercial National Bank and Trust Company,
<br />and dated July 6, 1982, covering the following described real
<br />property located in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Northeast Quarter Southeast Quarter (NE4SE�) Lots
<br />Seven, Eight, Nine, Ten, Eleven, Twelve, Thirteen
<br />(7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13) and Northeast Quarter
<br />Northwest Quarter (NEkNW�) and Lots Three, Four,
<br />Five, Six (3, 4, 5, 6) except that tract of Land
<br />conveyed in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 150,
<br />Page 569, and except that tract of land as conveyed
<br />in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 150, Page 460,
<br />and except a tract of land as conveyed in Warranty
<br />Deed recorded in Book 151, Page 148, all in
<br />Register of Deeds Office in Hall County 31 -10N-
<br />10 W 6th P.M.
<br />Lots seven (7) and eight (3) 1 -9N -11 West 6th P.M.
<br />and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 13th day of July 1982, as Document
<br />No. 82- 002885, together with the note(s) and indebtedness described
<br />in, and secured by, the instrument aforesaid.
<br />TO HAVE AP'D TO HOLD the same unto the said Omaha National
<br />Bank and unto its successors and assigns forever.
