<br />received from Grantees do grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto GARRY LEE WILLIAMS and JEANNE SUSAN WILLIAMS,
<br />husband and Wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship,
<br />herein called the Grantees the following described real
<br />property in Hall County, Nebraska:
