<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Nebraska
<br />Investment Finance Authority, formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage
<br />Finance Fund, is Plaintiff, and Gary' W. Schwieger and Renee J.
<br />Schwieger, formerly husband and wife, are Defendants, the object
<br />and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from the Defend-
<br />ants, Gary W. Schwieger and Renee J. Schwieger, formerly husband
<br />and wife, of the amount due the Plaintiff on a certain Mortgage
<br />executed by Gary W. Schwieger and Renee J. Schwieger to Elba
<br />State Bank, dated June 25, 1981, and filed in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />L County, Nebraska, on June 29, 1981, as
<br />Document No. 81- 003400, of the Real Estate Records of said
<br />County, and assigned to Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund, on June
<br />29, 1981, and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of

<br />Estate Mortgage Records of said County on July 10, 1981, wherein
<br />Elba State Bank mortgaged and conveyed to Plaintiff, the follow-
