<br />DOIDW J. ALLAN, husband and wife, in consideration of THREE HUNDRED FORTY-
<br />ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($341,500.00) paid to us by The Bank of
<br />Wood River, Wood River, Nebraska, do hereby sell, assign, transfer, and set
<br />over to said Bank of Wood River, Wood River, Nebraska, all our right, title
<br />and interest in and to that certain Land Contract for the following described
<br />real estate:
<br />The North Half of the Southwest Quarter (MSWk)
<br />and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(SWA,NWk) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Ten (10),
<br />North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which Contract is dated May 1, 1976, made and executed by William Behrendt
<br />and Marie Behrendt, husband and wife, as "Sellers," and George Allan, Jr.
<br />and Dolores J. Allan, husband and wife, as tenants in ccxmk)n, as "Buyers,"
<br />a copy of which Contract is attached hereto and made a part hereof by
<br />reference.
<br />We hereby represent. that there is now remaining ma , unpaid on such Con-
