<br />herein called the Mortgagor, and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, herein called the Mort OF ISLAND,
<br />as follows :ageE, hereby agree
<br />I. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate mortgage
<br />dated August 6, 1984, and recorded on October 5, 1984, as Document No. 84- 005242
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of
<br />a certain mortgage note for $26,337.02, a valid subsisting obligation of the Mort-
<br />gagor, and payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon
<br />shall be due according to the terms of the aforementioned real. estate mortgage,
<br />modified and payable in the following manner:
<br />A mortgage noted dated August 6, 1984, which was previously extended
<br />to March 13, 1985, on which a principal balance of $22,587.02 remains
<br />unpaid, will be repaid with monthly principal payments of $1,200.00
<br />beginning on May 25, 1985, and continuing on the 25th day of each
<br />month, with the entire unpaid principal balance plus accrued interest
<br />fully due and payable on July 25, 1985, at an interest rate of .5ro
<br />over the Overland National Bank of Grand Island Refernece Interest
<br />Nato .
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original real estate
<br />mortgage dated August 6, 1984, shall remain the same, and this Modification
<br />Agreement is made a part of the original real Estate mort
<br />shall inure to all successors and assigns ale b�' reference and
<br />gns anti their heirs.
