<br />($3 00) to it in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, The NORWEST BANK OMA-
<br />HA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Omaha Nebraska, does hereby remise, release and quit claim unto the present owner
<br />or owners the said real estate and unto the heirs, successors and assigns of said owner or owners forever, all the right, ti-
