<br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE l
<br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY
<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely, Kuester Lake Inc., hereby
<br />consents to the conditional assignment to The Equitable Building and
<br />Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska ,(Secured Party),
<br />by James K. Jeffries (Debtors),
<br />April 25, 1985,
<br />of a Lease dated *Se a xxbcxxlk c , wherein Kuester Lake, Inc., is
<br />the Lessor, and James K. Jeffries
<br />is (are) the Lessee or Assignee of the original Lessee, such
<br />April 25, 1985, April 24, 2020,
<br />lease commenced XX txXr- xk'X7tS and terminates a tx?ax>2cxxyx2&xx2aXa,
<br />and pertains to: (description of leased premises) A tract of land
<br />comprising a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NE4SW4)
<br />and the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW,.SF4), all in Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th
<br />P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, being more particularly described as follows:
<br />With reference to the South Quarter corner of said Section 13, thence
<br />N 0000'00" E for 1317.58 feet; thence N 89 °24'35" W for 15.90 feet; thence
<br />N 04 025'45" E for 88.57 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 89 055'09"
<br />W for 141.98 feet; thence N 07 041'16" E for 79.80 feet; thence N 350 38'15" E
<br />for 104.97 feet; thence N 83 °47'14" E for 84.10 feet; thence S 04 026'20" W
<br />for 174.41 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING, being Lots Eighteen (18) and Nine-
<br />teen (19), having a lake front footage of 200 Feet, situated oil the East
<br />side of the East portion of Kuester Iake.
<br />Said Conditional Assignment, to which this Lessor consents,
<br />was given by said Debtors to The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, (Secured Party) , as
<br />additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount
<br />of $ 25.000.00 , and a Financing Statement covering
<br />the above described premises and securing the payment of said
<br />note (bond) .
<br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note (bond)
<br />is paid.
