<br />RE: The northerly 66 feet of the westerly 148.5 feet of Lot Eleven
<br />(11), Vantine's Subdivision in the City of Grand island, excepting
<br />therefrom a triangular tract measuring 17.0' x 20.6' x 26.23', being
<br />the Northwest corner of the aforedescribed Fractional Lot 11,
<br />conveyed to the City of Grand Island for the street right -of -way, and
<br />also excepting therefrom the westerly seven (7) feet of the
<br />aforedescribed Fractional Lot 11 which was included in a warranty
<br />deed conveyance dated March 4, 1982, to the City of Grand Island for
<br />street right-of-way, all in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, a certain deed was given dated May 4, 1984 and recorded
<br />as document no. 84- 002574 in the Office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hail County, Nebraska and said dead was subject to the covenants,
<br />conditions and restrictions contained therein, and
<br />WHEREAS, the said deed provides that upon completion of the
<br />(constructi.on) (rehabilitation) of the improvements, the Community
