Losee, Deceased, Grantor, to <br />DONA J. CARTER, Grantee. <br />WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of Clifford D. Losee, <br />Deceased, was duly admitted to probate in the County Court of Adams <br />County, Nebraska; <br />WHEREAS, Grantor was duly appointed Personal Representative <br />of said estate and is now qualified and acting in said capacity; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Grantee is determined to be the person entitled <br />to distribution of the hereinafter - described real property, and <br />Grantor is authorized to distribute the same to Grantee; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor conveys, assigns, transfers and <br />releases to Grantee the following- described real property: <br />Undivided one - fourth (1/4) interest in and to: <br />Northwest Quarter (NW /4) of Section Twenty - <br />six (26), Township Nine (9), Range Ten (10) , <br />Hall County, Nebraska; <br />together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging, but subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />EXECUTED: April 24, 1985. <br />ESTATE OF CLIFFORD D.
