TRUSTEE'S DEED 85-001956
<br />JOSEPH H. BADAMI, Attorney at Law, 1235 N Street, Suite 402,
<br />Lincoln, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, as Trustee of
<br />the Trust Deed hereinafter described, hereby grants and conveys to
<br />FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF LINCOLN, a United States
<br />Corporation, Grantee, without any covenant or warranty, expressed or
<br />implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Six (6), in Bishop Heights Second
<br />Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor by
<br />a Trust Deed dated August 23, 1982, recorded on August 23, 1982, in
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document No. 82-
<br />003626, wherein Rodney C. Yost and Ann D. Yost are Trustors and First
<br />Federal Savings and Loan Association of Lincoln, a United States
<br />Corporation, is named Beneficiary, and Joseph H. Radami as Trustee,
<br />and wherein the Trustors granted and conveyed to such Trustee on the
<br />trust therein expressed the property above-described to secure, among
<br />other obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of Fifty-eight Thousand Nine Hundred and No/100
<br />Dollars ($58,900-00), with interest thereon according to the terms
<br />thereof; and after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the
<br />Trust Deed authorizing this conveyance as follows:
<br />1) Breach and default were made under the terms of the
<br />Trust Deed in the particular set forth in the notice of default
<br />hereinafter referred to, which default continued until the time of
<br />sale.
<br />2) There was filed for record on September 7, 1984, a
<br />Notice of Default in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Document No. 84-004726, and of the election to sell. the property to
<br />satisfy the obligations secured thereby and thereafter notice of the
<br />filing of the Notice of Default was sent in the statutory manner to
<br />all persons entitled to a notice thereof.
<br />3) That thereafter the Grantor executed his Notice of
<br />Trustee's Sale, stating that he, as Trustee, would sell at public
<br />auction to the highest bidder the property hereinbefore described,
<br />fixinq the time and place of the sale as lkpril- 16, 1985, at 10 o'clock
<br />a.m., at the lower lobby of the county Court Pouse in Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and caused copies of such notice to be published
<br />once a week for five (5) consecutive weeks in Grand Island Daily
<br />Independent, a legal daily newspaper printed, published and of general
<br />circulation in the County of Hall, Nebraska; the first date Of Publication
<br />was March 5, 1985, and the last date o f publication was April 2, 1985,
<br />notice of such Trustee's Sale was sent to the Trustors and all persons
<br />entitled to notice thereof' in accordance with applicable law.
<br />4) All. applIcable statutOrY provisions of the Sti-Ite ()-F
<br />Nebraska and all provisions of such Trustee's Deed have been coniplied
<br />with as to acts to be performed and notices to be given.
<br />The Trustee at. the time and place (:)f sale fixed as aforesaid,
