LIS PENDEENS 85, 001955 <br />oi955 <br />Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the <br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein LaMoine Hoagland, <br />is Plaintiff, and Lloyd Taylor and Norma Taylor, are Defendants, the <br />object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting from said <br />Defendants of the amount due Plaintiff on the Land Contract dated the <br />5th day of May, 1983, wherein Plaintiff sold and conveyed to <br />Lloyd Taylor and Norma Taylor the following described real estate <br />situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to -wit: <br />Lot Four (4) in Block Nineteen (19), in H.G. <br />Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, <br />to obtain a foreclosure of said Land Contract and to have the same <br />declared a lien upon the interest of Lloyd Taylor and Norma Taylor in <br />said real estate and appurtenances thereto; to have said real estate <br />and appurtenances sold to satisfy the arnount so found due, together <br />with the cost of suit and to foreclose the said Defendants of all <br />right, title, interest, lien, claim, demand and equity of redemption <br />whatever in and to the said real estate and appurtenances thereto, <br />together with such other and further relief as to the Court may seem <br />just and equitable. <br />LAMQINE;- ,HOAGLAND, <br />BY f l v /t <br />for'FITZGERALD, BROWN & DUNMIRE <br />P.O.
