I am an officer of Nitzel & Company, Inc. , a <br />Nebraska Corporation, which company was once the owner of the <br />real estate legally described as the Northerly One Half (N;) of <br />the Southerly One Half (S;) of Lot Four (4) in Block Forty -Five <br />(45) in the Original Town, now the City of Grand island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />2. Our Company acquired the above described real <br />estate from Raymond L. McDermott and Dorothy M. McDermott and <br />I hereby state from my own personal knowledge that Raymond L. <br />McDermott and Dorothy M. McDermott were married and were husband <br />and wife on March 20, 1974 when they deeded the above described <br />real estate to Nitzel & Company, Inc. <br />3. Further, the person referred to as Dorothy M. <br />McDermott on the Deed to our Company is the same person referred <br />to earlier in the chain of title to the above described real estate <br />as Dorthy M.
