HAYGEMAN, husband and <br />wife, each in their own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />called the Grantors, in consideration Of FORTY -EIGHT THOUSAND , <br />FIVE HUNDRED AND NO 1100 DOLLARS ($48,500.00) received from <br />Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />DOUGLAS JAMES BARBER and PATRICIA JO BARBER, husband and wife, as <br />Joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in <br />common, herein called the Grantees, the following- described real <br />estate in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The South Forty (40) feet of Lot Six (6) and <br />the North Sixteen (16) feet of Lot Eight (8) <br />all in Block Three (3), in University Place, <br />an Addition to the Citv Of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above - described premises together <br />with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto <br />belonging, unto the Grantees and to their assigns, or to the <br />heirs and assigns of the survivor of them forever. <br />Grantors do hereby covenant with the Grantees that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance; that they are conveyed subject to covenants, con- <br />ditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of record; that <br />Grantors have good right and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />and that Grantors warrant and will defend the title to said <br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. <br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event <br />of the death of either of the Grantees, the entire fee simple <br />title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving Grantee. <br />Dated <br />1985. <br />rnest W.
