<br />of which is hereby acknowledged, and as security for future
<br />advances that may be made from time to time as consideration
<br />for this mortgage, does mortgage to Norwest Bank Grand Island,
<br />.14. A.:
<br />Lot Thirteen (13), Block Sixteen (16), Ashland's Addition,
<br />an addition to the City of Kearney, Buffalo County, Nebraska.
<br />A rectangular tract of land in ground in the Northwesterly
<br />corner of Block Eleven (11) of Windolph's addition to Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, having a Northerly Frontage
<br />Of Sixty -Six Feet (66') on John Street, a depth of One Hundred
<br />Thirty -Two Feet (132') and bounded on the Westerly side
<br />of Adams Street; and being what would be Lot Four (4),
<br />in said Block Eleven (11), were it subdivided into Lots in
<br />the same manner as the full Blocks in said Addition that
<br />are subdivided into eight lots.

<br />And the mortgagor does hereby convenant with the
<br />Mortgagee and with mortgagee's heirs and assigns that mortgagor
<br />is lawfully seised of said premises, that mortgagor has good right
<br />and lawful authority to convey the same, and that mortgagor
<br />warrants and will defend the title to said premises against the
<br />lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />This mortgage is given to secure the payment of the
<br />promissory note of this date made by mortgagor and this mortgage
<br />is also given as security to mortgagee for all indebtedness that
<br />may in the future be incurred by mortgagor to mortgagee, and
<br />such future indebtedness shall bear interest from date of accrual
<br />at the rate as provided in the note executed on that date and
<br />secured by this mortgage, and shall be payable to mortgagee at
<br />the same place designated in the note. All such future indebtedness
<br />Shall be deemed a part of the indehtednOss secured by this
<br />mortgage, and shall he recoverable as such.
<br />Mortgagor shall pay all taxes and assessments levied
<br />upon said re.at property and all other taxes levied on this mortgage
<br />or the note which this mortgage is given to secure before the same
<br />become delinquent. If mortgagor fails to pay such taxes rind assess -
