Sinsel and Elaine H. Sins e1 <br />i husband and wife hereby covenant and agree to pay to First Savings <br />Company of Grand Is an whit -h was merged into The First National Bank of Grand Island <br />now Norwest Bank Grand Island, National Association, or order, the principal sum of <br />Twenty -three Thousand Five Hundred Twelve and 70/100------ - -____ ($ 23,512.70 ** ), <br />together with interest thereon at14.50 percent per annum rom the date hereof, <br />such sum to be payable on April 8, 1985 Interest shall be payable in <br />5 monthly installmantc of 8 nV ti,,,,;...,;..- ._..__, <br />The original principal note in the amount of Twenty-three <br />Forty-one and 34/100 -------------------- ($ —13,541.34** was executed and <br />delivere by t e undersigned un er t e ate o p 1 13 1984 to First <br />Savings Company of Grand Island which was merged into The First National Bank of <br />Grand Island now Norwest Bank Grand Island, National Association, and was due and <br />payable on the 10th day of October , 19 84, together with interest at 14.50 <br />percent per annum and secured by a Rea Estate Mortgage to First Savings Company of <br />Grand Island which was merged into The First National Bank of Grand Island now Norwest <br />Bank Grand Island, National Association, recorded asDoc.Nos.77- 001839 and , in the <br />Mortgage Records of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The undersigned agrees to pay such extended balance of principal of Twenty -three Thousand <br />Five Hundred Twelve and 70/100 - - -($ 23 512.70 ** ), together wi—tF interest thereon <br />at 14.50 percent per annum, such principa and interest to be payable in lawful money <br />of the United States of America at Norwest Bank Grand Island, National Association. <br />All of the covenants and agreements in such original note and the Real Estate Mortgage <br />above- described, other than hereinbefore modified, shall be and remain unchanged and <br />in full force and effect during such extended period. If default be made in payment <br />of any principal sum, the entire principal sum with interest thereon, shall become <br />immediately due and payable at the election of the legal holder thereof. <br />In further consideration of such extension of time of payment of such indebtedness, <br />I hereby ratify and confirm such mortgage as recorded asOoc.Nos.77- 001839 & 7 QQU <br />in Real Estate Mortgages of Hall County, Nebraska ,as t e <br />mortgage lien upon the real property escribed therein, an t e w o e of the le second <br />thereto as now owned by me. <br />The undersigned executes this Extension Agreement with reference to and on the faith <br />and credit of their property, which they now own or have an interest in or hereafter <br />may acquire; the express intention being to charge and to continue to charge any and <br />all of such property with the payment of the indebtedness, the payment of which is <br />herein extended. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have hereunto set their hands this 10th day of <br />October , 1984 <br />Stanley,.
