<br />WARRANTY DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that GARY D. RANDOLPH and
<br />DIANE M. RANDOLPH, husband and wife, do hereby grant, bargain, sell,
<br />convey, and confirm to the NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY,
<br />the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The South Forty -seven (47) Feet of the North
<br />Ninety -two (92) Feet of Lot One (1) and the South
<br />Forty -seven (47) Feet of the North Ninety -two (92)
<br />Feet of the East Twenty (20) Feet of Lot Two (2),
<br />all in Block Six (6), in the Town of Doniphan, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all of the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
<br />to t'ie same belonging, and all the estate, title, right of homestead,
<br />claim or demand, whatsoever, of, in or to the same, or any part there-
<br />of, in consideration of the full cancellation and satisfaction of the
<br />mortgage to The First National Bank of Grand Island, Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, Document No. 80- 002487 and corrective mortgage, Document
<br />No. 82- 003358, said mortgages assigned to Nebraska Mortgage Finance
<br />Fund (now Nebraska Investment Finance Authority) by Document No. 80-
<br />002488, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having
<br />sold said real estate to the Grantee for a fair and adequate con-
<br />sideration, such consideration being full satisfaction of all
<br />obligations secured by the mortgages of Grantors, together with can-
<br />cellation of the Promissory Notes given by Grantors on even date
<br />with the above mortgages.
<br />Grantors declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly
<br />made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than
<br />this Deed between Grantors and Grantee with respect to said real estate.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above- described real estate with the
<br />appurtenances thereto, unto the said Nebraska Investment Finance
<br />Authority, and its successors and assigns forever, and the Grantors,
<br />for themselves and their heirs and assigns, hereby covenant with the
<br />Grantee and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that the Grantors
<br />are lawfully seized of said premises; that the Grantors have good
<br />and lawful authority to convey the same; and that the Grantors war-
<br />rant and will defend the title to said premises unto the said
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority, and its successors and assigns
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
