That he is the President of Bell Federal Credit Union. <br />E <br />2. That Grand Island U.P. Federal Credit Union, merged with <br />the Bell Federal Credit Union, by virtue of a merger agreement dated <br />December 31, 1984 and effective January 1, 1985. <br />3. That the entity surviving after the merger, is Bell Federal <br />Credit Union. <br />4. That included within the merger documents, is an assignment <br />of all rights of Grand Island U.P. Federal Credit Union, in any out- <br />standing loan accounts, and mortgage interests of Grand Island U.P. <br />Federal Credit Union, and pursuant thereto, Bell Federal Credit Union <br />is authorized to execute mortgage releases for mortgages held in the <br />name of Grand Island U.P.
