WHEREAS, the undersigned, ', G. Blackburn., of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as such Trustee previously
<br />reconveyed Lot 6 of Park Gardens Second Subdivision
<br />aforesaid, so that the aforesaid Deed of Trust remains in
<br />full force and effect as pertains only to Lots 7 and 8 of
<br />Park Gardens Second Subdivision aforesaid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request, and
<br />the provisions of such (rust Deed, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, does hereby reconvev, without warranty, to the
<br />person or persons legally entitled thereto the estate now
<br />held by it thereunder as pertains to Lot 5 of Park Gardens
<br />Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned has executed this

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, W. G. Blackburn, of Grand

<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Trust
<br />Deed dated November 6, 1984, executed by Park Gardens
<br />Development, Inc., as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named as beneficiary, and the undersigned, as Trustee, which
<br />Deed of Trust was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #84- 005900, on
<br />November 7, 1984, conveying Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8 of Park
<br />Gardens Second Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, has received from Five Points Bank written
<br />request to reconvey only Lot 5 of Park Gardens Second
<br />Subdivision aforesaid, reciting that Five Points Bank has
<br />received payment for all sums secured by said Lot 5 by such
<br />Deed of Trust had been fully paid, and that such Deed of
<br />Trust is therefore released as pertains to said Lo[ 5 of
<br />Park Gardens Second Subdivision, and
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, ', G. Blackburn., of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as such Trustee previously
<br />reconveyed Lot 6 of Park Gardens Second Subdivision
<br />aforesaid, so that the aforesaid Deed of Trust remains in
<br />full force and effect as pertains only to Lots 7 and 8 of
<br />Park Gardens Second Subdivision aforesaid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request, and
<br />the provisions of such (rust Deed, the undersigned, as
<br />Trustee, does hereby reconvev, without warranty, to the
