<br />the Mortgagor, and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL am OF GRAND ISLAND sand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, herein called the Mortgagee, hereby agree as follows:
<br />daY.ed 1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a real estate mortgage
<br />January 20, 1984, and recorded on Januarl: 30, 1984, as Document No. 86t- 000476
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of a
<br />certain Floating Rate Progrmned Lending Note for $40,000,.00, a valid sub isting
<br />Obligation of the Mortgagor, and payment of the reminder of the principal and accrued
<br />interest thereon shall be due according to the terms of the afox s
<br />erfentioned real estate
<br />mortgage, modified and payable in the following manner:
<br />A floating rate programmed lending note dated January 20, 1984, in the
<br />amount of $40,000,00 will be repaid on March 1, 1986. The interest rate
<br />will remain at 1.0x7' above The Overland National Bank Reference Rate, Floating, note
<br />not to exceed $30,000.00.
<br />2. All other terms and conditions contained in the original real estate mortgage
<br />dated January 20, 1984, shall remain the, same, and this Modification. Agreement is made
<br />a part of the original real estate mortgage by reference and shall inure to all
<br />successors and assigns and their heirs.
