ORDINANCE NO. 7163 (Contd) <br />001443 <br />thence deflecting right in a westerly direction 200 feet <br />from and parallel to the South line of Sunset Fifth Sub- <br />division and a prolongation of this line for a distance of <br />1,353 feet; thence deflecting right in a northerly direction <br />along the West line of Macron Street to a point 207 feet <br />South of the Northeast corner of Baptist Temple Subdivision; <br />thence deflecting left in a westerly direction 207 feet from <br />and parallel to the South line of Sunset Seventh Subdivision <br />for a distance of 1,235.16 feet; thence deflecting right in <br />a northerly direction along the East line of Independence <br />Avenue for a distance of 936 feet to the point of beginning, <br />all as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br />All of said property is within the corporate limits of the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, and within one mile thereof, and <br />is hereby determined to be an area of land located apart and <br />outside any area served and benefited by the existing municipal <br />sanitary sewer systems. <br />SECTION 4. The size, kind, location, and terminal points of <br />the sewer mains which shall be constructed in and for Sanitary <br />Sewer Extension District No. 465 are as follows: <br />All sewer mains will be either vitrified clay pipe or poly - <br />vinalchloride lines as listed below: <br />1. Fifteen inch line in North Road from Capital Avenue to the <br />South line of Sunset Fifth Subdivision; <br />2. Eight inch line in the alley between Sunset Subdivision and <br />Sunset Second Subdivision, from North Road to Macron Street <br />and continuing in the easement between Sunset Subdivision <br />and Sunset Sixth Subdivision, from Macron <br />ence Avenue; Street to Independ- <br />3. Eight inch line in the alley between Sunset Third Sub- <br />division and Sunset Fourth Subdivision, from North Road to <br />Macron Street, and continuing in the easement between Sunset <br />Seventh Subdivision and Baptist Temple Subdivision, and the <br />Capital Heights Hall County Park from Macron <br />Independence Avenue; Street to <br />4. Eight inch line in the alley of Sunset Fifth Subdivision <br />from North Road to Macron Street. <br />SECTION 5. The construction of said sanitary sewer mains <br />shall be in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared <br />by the engineers for the City, now on file with the City Clerk, <br />reference to which is hereby made.
