Behl and <br />Dianna J. Behl, as Defendants, the object and prayer of said petition being to <br />foreclose a real estate mortgage held by the Plaintiff on the following described <br />property, to -wit: <br />The Northerly One Half (N�) of Lot Four (4) in Block One Hundred <br />Twenty -five (125) in UNION PACIFIC RAILWAY COMPANY'S SECOND <br />ADDITION to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />which mortgage was given by Robert J. Behl and Dianna J. Behl in favor of First <br />Federal Savings and Loan Association of Lincoln on September 30, 1983, recorded <br />on September 30, 1983, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as instrument No. 83- 005240, and subsequently assigned to Creative <br />Financing, Inc., on October 3, 1983, recorded on October 14, 1983, in the office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 83- 005502, <br />and finally assigned to Plaintiff on July 10, 1984, recorded on July 17, 1984, in <br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. <br />84- 003774.
