<br />ELTON W. LUEBS and VIRGINIA A. LUEBS, Husband and Wife, each
<br />in his own right and as spouse of the other, GRANTORS, in consid-
<br />eration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) received from GRANTEE, and to
<br />satisfy Mortgage from GRANTORS to GRANTEE, FIVE POINTS BANK, a
<br />Banking Corporation, quitclaims to GRANTEE, the following -

<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NE;SE .,) of Section Thirty -Five (35), Township
<br />Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the
<br />6th P.M., excepting therefrom a certain tract
<br />of land more particularly described in Warranty
<br />Deed recorded in Document #80- 001039 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and a certain tract of land more particularly
<br />described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 135,
<br />Page 511 in the Office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hail County, Nebraska, and
<br />The Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(NE;SW,) and Lots One (1), Two (2) and Three (3)
<br />in Section Thirty -Six (36), Townshin Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom five (5)
<br />certain tracts of land described as follows:
