I <br />85-001391 <br />THE HALL COUNTY BOARD OF SUPERVISORS <br />r <br />} <br />REVIEW OF INDUSTRIAL TRACTS } O R D E R <br />NOW, on this 20th day of March, 1984, the Hall County Board <br />of Supervisors reviewed the Industrial Areas located in Hall <br />County. The Hall County Board of Supervisors determined that <br />there was a problem with the Industrial Area designation of <br />certain portions of such Industrial Tracts and in accord with <br />Section 19 -2511 gave notice by registered or certified mail to <br />the owners of each portion of such Industrial Tract ninety (90) <br />days prior to the hearing which was held on January 22, 1985 to <br />review such Industrial Area Tracts. <br />Hearing was held by the County Board on January 22, 1985 <br />at which time any owner who had been notified concerning the review, <br />or his representative, was heard concerning retention or removal <br />of that particular property from the Industrial Area. The matter <br />was taken under review by the Board at that time. <br />Now on the 29th day of January, 1985 the Hall County Board <br />of Supervisors found that the property operated by Crane Rental, <br />Inc. and owned by the Reece Employee's Profit Sharing Trust, as <br />well as, the property owned by Jerome Niedfelt retain the Industrial <br />Area designation. It was further found on that date by the Board <br />that the following properties should be removed from the Industrial. <br />Area designation: <br />I <br />
