<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Orville Hulme and Erna Hul
<br />me, husband
<br />and wife of Hall County, Nebraska, and Harlan G. Hughes and Lois J. Hughes, husband
<br />and wife, of Laramie, Wyoming, for and in consideration of the sum of One and NO 1100
<br />($1.00) Dollar and other valuable consideration to us in hand paid, and receipt
<br />whereof is hereby acknowledged, and other good., valuable, and sufficient consideration,
<br />do hereby transfer, assign and set over to The State Bank, of Cairo, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, our right, title, and interest in and to a certain Agreement
<br />for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate given by Orville Hulme and Erna Hulme,
<br />husband and wife, to Doyle Hulme and Kay V. ?lulme and the undersigned Harlan G.
<br />Hughes and Lois J. Hughes bearing the date of March 2, 1979, and recorded as
<br />a Notice of Agreement of Sale and Pur ^tease of Real Estate in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, hall County, :Nebraska, on the 8th day of March, 1979, as
<br />Document No. 79- 001292 of the records of said office, for the sale of the following
<br />described real estate:

<br />(12) 'North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County
<br />Nebraska.
