F <br />11 <br />WARRANTY DEED <br />85-001283 <br />LaVERNE B. NIETFELDT and PAULETTE G. NIETFELDT, husband and <br />wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, herein <br />called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of <br />Twelve Thousand Five Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($12,500.00) <br />received from Grantees, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto DANIEL J. GIESE and SUSAN 7.. GIESE, husband and <br />wife, as Joint tenants and not as tenants in common, herein <br />called the Grantees, the following- described real estate in Hall <br />County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Ten (10) in Block Two (2) in Farmington <br />Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above-de scribed, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantees and to Grantees' heirs and <br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said <br />Grantees and with Grantees' heirs and assigns, that Grantors are <br />lawfully seized of said premises, that they are free from <br />encumbrance and that Grantors have good right and lawful <br />authority to sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to <br />warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever.
