<br />KNOW ALL MEN by these presents, that I, the under -
<br />siqned, Alice A. Kirby, have made, constituted and appointed,
<br />and by these presents, do make, constitute and appoint Daniel
<br />Thomas Kirby of Grand Island, in the County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, my true and lawful attorney in fact for me in my
<br />name and stead subject to my revocation, and in my use, to
<br />draw, accept, make, endorse, or otherwise deal with any bills
<br />of exchange, and any and all other negotiable instruments;
