On the date of his death, all property interests owned by the <br />decedent were held in joint tenancy with your affiant. <br />3. That all property interestsowned by the decedent at his death <br />passed to your affiant, the surviving spouse, and are not subject <br />to Nebraska State Inheritance Tax on Federal Estate taxes. <br />4.
