<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of
<br />FIFTY

<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and
<br />conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation, in Hall County, Nebraska, herein called
<br />the Grantee, a permanent and perpetual easement and right -of -way
<br />to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and
<br />remove public utilities, including but not limited to, sanitary
<br />sewers, storm drainage system, manholes, surface markers, and
<br />other appurtenances, upon, over, in, and through a tract of land
<br />located in Lot Fourteen (14), Ross Heights Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska, more particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />The westerly eight (8) fret, except the northerly forty
<br />(40) feet of Lot Fourteen (14) of Ross Heights Subdivision,
<br />said tract containing 1,1u4 square feet (.025 acres), more
<br />or less, as shown on the plat marked Exhibit "A ", dated
<br />October 22, 1984, attached hereto and incorporated herein by
<br />reference;
<br />together with the following rights, namely, unrestricted ingress
<br />and egress under, over, and across such land for the purpose of
<br />exercising the rights herein granted, to clear and keep clear of
<br />trees, roots, brush, and other obstructions from the surface of
<br />such tract. Any such utilities and appurtenances placed upon,
<br />over, and under such tract of land shall remain the property of
<br />the Grantee and may be removed or replaced at any time.
