SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT <br />EVERGREEN SUBDIVISION <br />In the City of Grand Island, Nebraska <br />The undersigned, Janet M. Ross and James E. Ross, wife and <br />husband, and Delbert D. Theasmeyer and Lois A. Theasmeyer, <br />husband and wife, hereinafter called the Subdividers, as owners <br />of a tract of land located in the South Half (S 2) of Section <br />7, and the Southwest Quarter (SWQ of Section 8, Township 11 <br />North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall. County, Nebraska, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section <br />7; thence North along the West line of said §ection <br />7 for a distance of 466.92 feet; thence S 89 40" E <br />42.47 felt to the point of beginning; thence continu- <br />ing N 89 09' 40" E 342.78 feet to the Northwest <br />corner of Island Acres No. 2 Subdivision in the City <br />of Grand Island, Nebraska; thence S 0° 53' 44" W <br />217.00 feet along the West line of said Island Acres <br />No. 2 Subdivision to the Northeast corner of Loescher <br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska; <br />thence N 89° 08' 39" W 348.86 feet along the North <br />line of said Loescher Subdivision to a point 33.00 <br />feet distance from `he West line of said Section 7; <br />thence North parade: to the West line of said Section <br />7 for a distance of 11.0.77 feet; thence N 57` 35' 24'' <br />E 11.22 feet to the point of beginning, said tract <br />of land containing 1.75 acres, more or less; <br />desire to have subdivided as a Subdivision the above - described <br />tract of land which is located within the corporate limits of <br />the City of Grand Wind, Nebraska, and hereby submit to the <br />City Council of such City for acceptance as provided by taw are <br />accurate map a" plat of such proposed subdivision, to be known <br />as EVERGREEN SUBDIVISION, designating explicitly the land to <br />he laid out and particularly describing the lots and easements <br />belonging to such subdivision, with lets rks ip;mted by numbers <br />and easements by dimensions, and propose to cause the pi,at- of <br />such subdivision when finally r_approvpd by the Regional Planning <br />Commission and the Citv council to he - ickn0�wledp;eal i?v such <br />owners, certified as to accuracv of survev by .a registered l.alul <br />surveyor, and to contain a dnilc<rth,,a •'f the erasnwnts to the <br />use .rncl benefit of prabl is uti_l itivn. fn consideration A the <br />• I <br />
