In consideration of the <br />acceptance of the plat of said BOHNART SUBDIVISION, the <br />Subdividers hereby consent and agree with the City of Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, that they will install or provide at their <br />expense the following improvements: <br />1. Paving. The Subdividers waive the right to object to <br />any paving or repaving districts of Stuhr Road or Bismarrk Road <br />where they abut the subdivision. <br />2. Water. Public water service is not available to the <br />subdivision; therefore, the Subdividers may provide private wells <br />for each structure located on Lot 2 of the Subdivision. The Sub- <br />dividers agree not to protest the creation of any water districts <br />to serve said subdivision, nd further agree to connect any and <br />all structures to any watermain abutting the lots upon which said <br />structures are located within three construction seasons after <br />completion of said water main. <br />3. Sanitary Sewer. Public sanitary sewer service is <br />available to the subdivision, and the Subdividers agree to <br />connect all new principal structures in the subdivision to the <br />sanitary sewer system before applying for occupancy permits. <br />4.
