Rev. <br />Stat. 76 -201): <br />Lot Ei4ht (8), Bachman & Lester Subdivision, except for <br />approximately one -half acre deeded to Arnold Meyer, in <br />a Deed recorded as Document No. 82- 004238, in the <br />Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska; and all that part of the Southeast Quarter <br />(SE1 /4) of Section Twenty Four (24), Township Eleven <br />(11), North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., <br />lying South of the right of way of Union Pacific <br />Railroad and North of the North boundary of a tract of <br />ground f Deeds, Harold <br />inJthesOfficeeofrthedRegister <br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and East of the <br />Easterly boundary line of U.S. Highway 281, all in <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Grantor covenants with Grantee that Grantor: <br />1. Is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free <br />from encumbrances except easements, restrictions, and <br />covenants of record; <br />2. Has legal power and lawful authority to convey the real <br />estate; that this Warranty Deed is an absolute conveyance, <br />the Grantor having sold the real estate to Grantee for a <br />full, fair, and adequate consideration as set forth above; <br />that this Warranty Deed is Freely and fairly made, and that <br />there are no agreements beta >n Grantor and Grantee, oral or <br />written, other than this Warranty Deed between Grantor and <br />Grantee; further that the action of the corporation has been <br />approved by its Board of Directors and shareholders pursuant <br />to R.R.S. 21 -2078. <br />3.
