WARRANTY DEED <br />$5= 001214 <br />MICHAEL D. ALDRIDGE and SHERYL A. ALDRIDGE, husband and <br />wife, each in their own right and as spouse of the other, herein <br />E called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the satisfaction <br />of debt owing to Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and <br />confirm unto NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY, formerly <br />known as NEBRASKA MORTGAGE FIIANCE FUND, herein called the <br />Grantee, the following- described real estate in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />Lot Seven (7) in Block Seventy -Six (76) in <br />Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above - described, together <br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto <br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and <br />assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said <br />Grantee, and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantors <br />are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from <br />encumbrance, with the sole exception of the Mortgage to The <br />Overland National Bank of Grand Island with an Assignment of that <br />Mortgage to Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund filed of record <br />March 16, 1981, as Document No. 81- 001263, and real estate taxes <br />for the year 1984; and that Grantors have good right and lawful <br />authority to sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to <br />warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful <br />claims of all persons whomsoever. And the said Grantors hereby <br />relinquish all right, title, claim and interest in and to the <br />above- described premises. <br />This Warranty Deed is give as an absolute conveyance, the <br />Grantors having conveyed said land to the Grantee for a fair and <br />adequate consideration, such consideration being the satisfaction <br />of obligations secured by the Mortgage executed by the Grantors <br />to The Overland National Bank of Grand -island as assigned to <br />Grantee recorded as Document No. 81- 001263 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Grantors further <br />declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly made, and that <br />there are no agreements, oral or written, other than this deed, <br />between Grantors and Grantee with respect to said real estate. <br />Signed this I«. day f <br />y 1985. <br />.61&UMEhT ATTACHED <br />rr <br />STAMP TAX <br />141985 Piichael—D-7 A r gam' i= <br />8Y SheryrA.
