WARRANTY DEED $5= 001214 MICHAEL D. ALDRIDGE and SHERYL A. ALDRIDGE, husband and wife, each in their own right and as spouse of the other, herein E called the Grantors, for and in consideration of the satisfaction of debt owing to Grantee, do grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY, formerly known as NEBRASKA MORTGAGE FIIANCE FUND, herein called the Grantee, the following- described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: Lot Seven (7) in Block Seventy -Six (76) in Original Town, now City, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above - described, together with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's successors and assigns forever. And Grantors hereby covenant with the said Grantee, and with Grantee's successors and assigns, that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are free from encumbrance, with the sole exception of the Mortgage to The Overland National Bank of Grand Island with an Assignment of that Mortgage to Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund filed of record March 16, 1981, as Document No. 81- 001263, and real estate taxes for the year 1984; and that Grantors have good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and Grantors hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. And the said Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title, claim and interest in and to the above- described premises. This Warranty Deed is give as an absolute conveyance, the Grantors having conveyed said land to the Grantee for a fair and adequate consideration, such consideration being the satisfaction of obligations secured by the Mortgage executed by the Grantors to The Overland National Bank of Grand -island as assigned to Grantee recorded as Document No. 81- 001263 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Grantors further declare that this conveyance is freely and fairly made, and that there are no agreements, oral or written, other than this deed, between Grantors and Grantee with respect to said real estate.
