I �5--� 00110 MEMORANDUM OF RENTAL POOL AGREEMENT 31Tnia Memorandum of Rental Pool Agreement ( "Memorandum "), made and entered into as of this day of December, 1984, by and between the undersigned purchaser of a condominium apartment unit(s) ( "Owner ") and Devco Investment Corporation, a Nebraska corporation ( "Agent "), is spade with reference to the following: A. This Memorandum is to indicate that the Owner and Agent executed a Rental Pool Agreement dated 12.110 M, for The Yancey Condominium, Grand Island, Nebraska, encumbering the real estate described, to wit (the "Unit "): c Condominium Unit(s) No. 802 and 803, The Yancey, a Condominium, A Condominium in accordance with the Declaration recorded on October 17, 19849 under Document No. 84- 005507 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, records, B. A copy of an unexecuted Rental Pool Agreement is incorporated as Exhibit "H" to the Declaration, recorded on October 17, 1984, under Document No. 84- 005507 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska, records. C. The Rental Pool Agreement executed by the Owner and Agent states that until June 30, 1990, the Unit(s) shall be rented, leased and subleased through and placed in the The Yancey rental pool in accordance with the terms and conditions as defined in the Rental Fool Agreement. D. The Rental Pool Agreement also states that unless the Owner reserves the right to have the Units) occupied by the Owner or the owner's immediate family, business clients or employees (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Use "), the Owner shall participate in the rental pool subject to certain terms and conditions a defined in the Rental Pool Agreement.
