M <br />LAND CONTRACT 85' 001147 <br />THIS LAND CONTRACT made and entered into this <br />s30 day of ,1982 by and between <br />Freight Sales Co., a Lraska corporation (hereinafter <br />called Seller) and Jerry J. Luth (hereinafter called <br />Purchaser). <br />1. In accordance with the terms and conditions <br />hereinafter set forth, Seller agrees to sell and Purchaser <br />agrees to buy the following described real property situated <br />in Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska, to -wit: <br />309 North Pine, more particularly described in <br />Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and herein in- <br />corporated by reference. <br />with all rights -of -way and easements appurtenant thereto, <br />all improvements thereon and all fixtures of a permanent <br />nature, if any, in their present condition,' subject to the <br />following encumbrances: <br />all restrictive covenants, easements and <br />other encumbrances of record. <br />2. Purchaser agrees to pay Seller as the full <br />purchase price for said property the sum of $50,000, payable <br />as follows: <br />a. Seller acknowledges the receipt of $10,000 <br />previously received from Purchaser as a down payment. <br />b.
