<br />This Deed is made by OMAHA NATIONAL BANK, as Successor
<br />Trustee under the Last Will and Testament of JOANN E. Successor
<br />Deceased, to PAUL WILLIAM PORTER, as Beneficiary, under the Trust
<br />created by the Last Will and Testament of JoAnn E. MacLeod,
<br />Deceased, Grantee.
<br />WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of JoAnn E. MacLeod,
<br />Deceased, was duly admitted to formal probate in the County of
<br />Hall, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, Omaha National Bank, as Successor Trustee to
<br />Commercial National. Bank and Trust Company, is the duly appointed
<br />Trustee therein; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Last Will and Testament of JoAnn E. MacLeod,
<br />Deceased, confers and empowers the Trustee to distribute the
<br />following described real property to the Beneficiary upon the
<br />Beneficiary reaching the age of 21 years; and
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Grantor, Omaha National Bank, as Successor
<br />Trustee to Commercial National Bank and Trust Company of Grand
<br />Island, conveys, assigns, transfers, and releases to Paul William
<br />Porter, Grantee, the following described real property:
<br />The West Half of the Northeast Quarter (W1 /2 NE1 /4) of
<br />Section Ten (10), Township Eleven (11), North, Range
<br />Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska,
<br />subject to the life estate of Ruth G. Minor, mother of JoAnn E.
<br />MacLeod, Deceased, together with all tenements, hereditaments,
<br />and appurtenances thereto belonging, but subj
<br />restrictions of record. ect to easements and
