I <br />CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />85--- 001004. <br />t't That in consideration of the sum of Fifty One Thousand <br />u <br />t` and no /100 Dollars ($51,000.00), we hereby sell, assign, and trans- <br />fer unto FIVE POINTS BANK of Grand Island, Nebraska, all our right, <br />title, and interest in and to a certain Lease Agreement entered <br />into on December 1, 1983, between Kuester Lake, Inc. Lessor, and <br />Van H. White and Bette A. White, Lessees, pertaining to the follow- <br />ing described premises: <br />Lot Twenty -Nine (29) located on the west side of the east <br />portion of Kuesters Lake, being part of the east half of the south- <br />west quarter (EISW4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />This assignment is given to secure the payment of a note <br />in the sum of $51,000.00 of even date herewith, which note is <br />payable August 27, 1985. <br />This agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto <br />and their respective personal representatives, devises, legatees, <br />heirs at law and assigns. <br />Dated this 28th day of February, 1985. <br />Van H.
