Hand, husband and wife, as <br />E r joint tenants and not as tenants in canon, as SELLERS, have sold to Craig C. <br />Hand, BUYER, by Contract for Installment Sale of Real Estate, the following <br />described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The Easterly Twenty -two (22) feet of the Westerly <br />Forty -four (44) feet of Lot one (1), Block Sixty Four <br />(64), Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded, <br />subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations and easements of <br />records. <br />The terms of the Installment Contract for Sale of Real Estate provide for <br />the purchase price to be paid by monthly installments with the first <br />installment due and payable on Mardi 1, 1985, and subsequent installments on <br />the first day of each month thereafter for 131 - consecutive months, the payment <br />of principal and interest being amoritized over an eleven -year or 132 -ronth <br />period. <br />The SELLERS in the Installment Contract for Sale of Real Estate have <br />executed a Warranty Deed for conveying the real estate to BUYER. The Warranty <br />Deed is held in escrow by Bark of Wood River as Escrow Agent to be delivered to <br />BMR upon full payment of the purchase price and performance of the contract <br />by SEVER. <br />Signed at Grand Island, Nebraska, on January 24 , 1985. <br />(F.
