Mettenbrink, <br />also known as Jeanne C. Mettenbrink, an undivided one -half int- <br />erest, and Ronald W. Mettenbrink and Judith A. Mettenbrink, <br />husband and wife, as tenants in common, as to an undivided one - <br />half interest, Grantee, the following described real estate <br />(as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76 -201) in Hall County, <br />Nebraska: <br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E�NEk) <br />of Section Twelve (12), Township Twelve (12) <br />North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.
