Mettenbrink, husband and wife, as tenants in common, as to an undivided one - half interest, Grantee, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Section 76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E�NEk) of Section Twelve (12), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P. M., in Hall County, Nebraska, except a one (1) acre tract of land in the extreme Southeast Corner thereof now used as a cemetery. To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
