F SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED 1. M. 001a8r City City of 1985,�denacteds by action of its Ordinance no. 7150, which directed the conveyance of the real estate described below and the manner and terms thereof. 2. Ordinance No. 7150 was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof were published in the Grand Island Daily Inde- pendent for three successive weeks, on January 22, January 29, and February 5, 1985, all as required by Section 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943. 3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7150. 4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7150 provides that if no remonstrance be filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make, execute and deliver to the Grantee a Special Warranty Deed for said real estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the City Council. NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) received from Grantees, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto DAVID J. CHANDLER and REGINA L. CHANDLER, husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: The South Ninety -four (94) feet of Lot Eight (8), Block One Hundred Forty -seven (147), Union Pacific_ Railway Cos Second Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as the Premises. To have and to hold the above described Premises unto the Grantees and to Grantees' heirs, devisees, executers, adminis- trators, successors, and assigns forever, so long as the Grantees perform all of the covenants and obligations contained in para- graph 6 of the "Agreement for Purchase of Real Estate." This Special Warranty Deed shall convey to Grantees an estate in fee simple determinable, and in the event of breach of any of the provisions of paragraph 6 of the foregoing Agreement for Purchase of Real Estate, the possibility of reverter shall vest it, the Grantor herein, the City of Grand Island N> a 9 ebraska.
