F <br />SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED <br />1. M. 001a8r <br />City City of <br />1985,�denacteds by action of its <br />Ordinance no. 7150, <br />which directed the conveyance of the real estate described below <br />and the manner and terms thereof. <br />2. Ordinance No. 7150 was published in the Grand Island <br />Daily Independent according to law, and notice of such sale and <br />the terms thereof were published in the Grand Island Daily Inde- <br />pendent for three successive weeks, on January 22, January 29, and <br />February 5, 1985, all as required by Section 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943. <br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the <br />City Council of the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty <br />days of the passage and publication of Ordinance No. 7150. <br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7150 provides that if no <br />remonstrance be filed against such conveyance, the Mayor and City <br />Clerk shall make, execute and deliver to the Grantee a Special <br />Warranty Deed for said real estate, and the execution of such deed <br />is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the City <br />Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a <br />municipal corporation in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in <br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) received from Grantees, does <br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto <br />DAVID J. CHANDLER and REGINA L. CHANDLER, <br />husband and wife, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, <br />herein called the Grantees, the following described real property <br />in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The South Ninety -four (94) feet of Lot Eight (8), Block <br />One Hundred Forty -seven (147), Union Pacific_ Railway Cos <br />Second Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />hereinafter referred to as the Premises. <br />To have and to hold the above described Premises unto the <br />Grantees and to Grantees' heirs, devisees, executers, adminis- <br />trators, successors, and assigns forever, so long as the Grantees <br />perform all of the covenants and obligations contained in para- <br />graph 6 of the "Agreement for Purchase of Real Estate." <br />This Special Warranty Deed shall convey to Grantees an estate <br />in fee simple determinable, and in the event of breach of any of <br />the provisions of paragraph 6 of the foregoing Agreement for <br />Purchase of Real Estate, the possibility of reverter shall vest it, <br />the Grantor herein, the City of Grand Island N> <br />a <br />9 <br />ebraska. <br />
