I <br />85-000997 <br />EXTENSION AGREEMENT <br />I /We, the undersigned borrowers, do hereby acknowledge that 1 /we are indebted <br />to THE STATE BANK OF CAIRO, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, as evidenced by <br />said bank's note dated February 21, 1984 , in the principal sum of <br />$ 60,000.00 <br />I /we further acknowledge that said note has this date been renewed or extended <br />with the balance of said indebtedness, if not sooner paid, now due and payable <br />on October 15 1985 <br />To secure the payment of the above described note and the extension or renewal <br />thereof, borrowers did on February 21, 1984 execute a real estate mortgage <br />on the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska, said <br />mortgage being recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of said county <br />as document number # 84- 000915 <br />The Southeast Quarter (SE ;;) of Section 23, Township 12 North, Range 12, <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />That in consideration of said renewal or extension of the above described note, <br />Borrowers do hereby acknowledge and agree that the above described mortgage is <br />also extended to _October 15. 1985 and that all agreements and provisions <br />contained therein shall continue in full force and effect and that the real <br />estate above described shall continue to secure said extension or renewal of <br />the original note. <br />DATED: if r Karen K.
