85- 000898 <br />MORTGAGE NOTE <br />$29,000.00 2/1185 <br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the Undersigned Glenda Cyboro% Maker, promises <br />to pay to the order of Benny Cyboron, Holder, <br />or any other place designated by the Holder, the <br />sum of $29,000.00 with interest at the rate of 6% per annum payable to <br />the Holder until the entire purchase price has been paid in full, interest <br />to commence from the 1st day of February, 1985. Said installments shall be <br />made and applied to principal and interest as per attached schedule. <br />All endorsers and parties hereunto jointly and severally waive <br />presentment, demand, protest, notice of dishonor and extension. of time <br />and any and all notices or demands in connection with delivery, acceptance, <br />performance, default or endorsement of this Note. This Note is secured by <br />a Real Estate Mortgage on the folldwing described real estate, to wit: <br />Lot 8, Block 18, Bakers Addition, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />If the interest or principal is not paid within 60 days after the time <br />that said installment became due, than the Maker shall be considered in <br />default, and the balance of the principal and interest shall, at the option <br />of the Holder thereof, become at otce due and payable without further <br />notice; if any of the conditions of said Real Estate Mortgage which is <br />dated this Ist day of February, 1985 between the parties hereto are not <br />fulfilled or are broken by the undersigned, than this Promissory Noteshall <br />immediately become due and payable without further notice. <br />The Maker shall have the right to prepay all or any part of the <br />principal of this note. <br />No delay or omission on the part of the Holder in exercising any <br />remedy, right or option hereunder shall operate as a waiver of such remedy, <br />right or option. In any event a waiver on any one occasion shall not be <br />construed as a waiver or bar to any such remedy, right or option on a <br />future occasion. <br />_ <br />The undersigned hereby waives presentment, demandfor payment, notice <br />- <br />of dishonor, notice of protest, and protest, and all other notices or <br />deernds in connection with the delivery, acceptance, performance, default, <br />or endorsement of this note. <br />Dated this 1st day of February, 1985. <br />Glenda Cyboron 'i <br />ft.ry Pu blic`—' - <br />i � <br />Lt <br />
