000854 <br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S JOINT TENANCY DEED <br />(Pursuant to Power of Sale in Will) <br />NORWEST BANK GRAND ISLAND, N.A., Personal Representative of the <br />Estate of Ella Barton, Deceased, GRANTOR, pursuant to authority <br />given by the Will of the Deceased, in consideration of SIXTY - <br />SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($67,500.00) received from <br />GRANTEES, MICHAEL R. CRAMER AND KATHRYN L. CRAMER, husband and <br />wife, conveys to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants in <br />common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />The Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />(NANA) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township <br />Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the <br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, subicct to the <br />railroad right -of -way in favor of C.B.& Q.
