<br />single person and Jerry L. Cahow, a single person,
<br />as joint tenants with right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common, the following described real property in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska: All that portion of the East Half of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (E�SWh) of Section Twenty -four (24), Township Ten (10),
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />described as follows: commencing at a point 610.5 feet South of the North-
<br />east corner of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E�SWh), thence {

<br />Twenty -four (24), thence West on the South line of said section to the
<br />Southwest corner of said East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E�SWIJ), thence

<br />And grantor does hereby covenant with the grantees and with their assigns and with the heirs and assigns
<br />of the survivor of them that grantor is lawfully seised of said premises: that they are free from eneumbra e ;
<br />that this conveyance is subiect to mortgage filed May 20, 1980 as document #80- 00163,
<br />register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />that grantor has good right and lawful authority to convey the same; and that grantor warrants and will defend
<br />the title to said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br />It is the intention of all parties hereto that in the event of the death of either of the grantees, the entire
<br />fee simple title to the real estate shall vest in the surviving grantee.
