<br />CORRECTIVE SHERIFF'S DEED - UNDER
<br />FORECLOSURE OF MORTGAGE
<br />THAT, whereas, in an action in the District Court of the
<br />Eleventh Judicial District of the State of Nebraska, within and
<br />for the County of Hall, wherein Five Points Bank, a State Banking
<br />Association, was Plaintiff, and Midwest Coatings, Inc., et al.,
<br />were Defendants, at the January First Term, A.D. 1985, of said
<br />Court, Five Points Bank did obtain a Decree finding that there is
<br />due from Midwest Coatings, Inc., to Five Points Bank the sum of
<br />Two Hundred Forty One Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty One Dollars
<br />and Seventy Three Cents ($241,981.73), and costs of suit, and
<br />whereas it was then and there further ordered in the said action
<br />that in default of the payment of the sum so found due by the
<br />said Midwest Coatings, Inc., that Charles Fairbanks, Sheriff of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, should cause the lands and tenements here-
<br />inafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to
<br />pay the same, and whereas, default having been made therein, the
<br />said Charles Fairbanks, Sheriff of Hall County, under and by
<br />virtue of said Decree and the Order of Sale to him duly directed,
<br />did on the 8 day of January 1985, at the lower lobby of the
<br />County Courthouse in the City of Grand Island, County of Hall,
<br />having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of
<br />said sale by publication once in each week for four successive
<br />weeks in the Grand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper printed
<br />and in general circulation in the County of Hall, sell said pre-
<br />mises at auction to Administrator, U.S. Small Business Adminis-
<br />tration, an Agency of the U.S. Government_ for the sum of One
<br />Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00), which sale was
<br />afterward, at the January First Term of said Court, 1985,
<br />examined and confirmed, and the said Charles Fairbanks, as such
<br />Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to the
<br />said Administrator, U.S. Small Business Administration, an Agency
<br />of the U.S. Government, its assigns and successors, the premises
<br />so as aforesaid sold, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4 NE1 /4) of Sec-
<br />tion Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11), North, Range
<br />Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Northwest Corner of said Northeast
<br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4 NE1 /4); thence
<br />Southerly along the West line of said Northeast Quarter
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4 NEI /4),a distance of two
<br />Hundred Seventy (270.0) Feet; thence Easterly parallel
<br />to the North line of said Northeast Quarter of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NEl /4 NE1 /4), a distance of One
<br />Hundred (100.0) Feet; thence Northerly, parallel to the
<br />West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Northeast
<br />Quarter (NE1 /4 NEl /4), a distance of Two Hundred Seven-
<br />ty (270.0) Feet to a point on the North line of said
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE1 /4
<br />NEl. /4); thence Westerly along the North line of said
<br />Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NE;1 /4
<br />NE1 /4), a distance: of One Hundred (100.0) Feet to the
<br />point of beginning and containing 0.620 acres, more or
<br />legs.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Same unto the said Administrator,
<br />U.S. Sma1.1 Busi.negs Admirnistration, an Agency of L110 lt, "".

<br />behalf forever. This Corrective Sheriff's Deed is given to
